Description:

In "Speak Out and Help Her Recover: Stories of Hope and Healing for Survivors of Gender-Based Violence", women who have survived GBV bravely share their stories.

Contributors in this compilation are, Audrey Monette, Jodi Pugh, Martha Mills, Jenny Ross, Beatrice Mateyo, Tiwonge Gondwe, Dawn Nickel, Erin Hellier, Angela Baltkois, Mary Anne Gronningen, Rachel Lee, Sara Lewis, and Esther Enyolu.. Their stories provide a glimpse into the devastating impact of gender-based violence and the journey toward recovery and healing.

From domestic abuse to sexual assault, each woman's experience is unique and powerful. By sharing their accounts, this book aims to bring awareness to the complexities surrounding gender-based violence and its impact on individuals, families, and communities.

Despite the trauma they have faced, each woman has found the strength to reclaim their power and rebuild their life. Their stories serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration to those who have also experienced gender-based violence, or know someone who has.

This book is a call to action to end gender-based violence once and for all. It is a powerful testament to the resilience of survivors and a reminder that, with the right support and resources, healing and recovery are possible.
